At Wild Oak Bows, every bow is lovingly handmade just for you. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or we made an error.

Returns & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, color preference, or incorrect size selection.
• Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll gladly make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund when appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
